Enterprise Software Sales Manager
OLLS is looking for an Enterprise Software Sales Manager (SM) to work full time.
The Sales Manager’s goals are:

Identify and evaluate market/sales opportunities.

Analyze market segments and select target markets/customer groups.

Plan and implement a marketing mix that will provide value to customers and meet organizational objectives.

Analyze OLLS’ performance.

Close at least two new Lien Sys accounts and implement Lien Sys Gov in five municipalities.
Base salary
We offer $3,000.00/month as base salary during the first year of work and only after the 3 months training period is complete.
Commission
We also offer to pay OLLS’ SM 10% of all collected revenue from each customer added to our customer portfolio as a result of OLLS’ SM direct efforts during the customer’s 1st year and 5% of all collected revenue from the same customer during the 2nd year.
Training
We understand that in order to be successful OLLS’ SM needs a thorough understanding of the lien search industry as well as OLLS’ software products; therefore we will offer paid training at our headquarter in Fort Myers. The training period will last 3 months and the salary paid during that time will be equivalent to a $24,000.00/year salary.
OLLS’ products
At OLLS we are always developing new software products for the municipal lien search industry as well as for the title industry and real estate industry in general.
LienSys EE and LienSys SE
LienSys Enterprise Edition and LienSys Standard Edition are designed to capture T2LS transactions.
This software solution was designed to be placed at the core of municipal lien search businesses. It is the ideal solution for title agents and real estate attorneys – municipal lien search company’s customers. It accelerates service delivery by automating time consuming details, enabling both customers and processors to focus on the important aspects of their work
Position Overview
We are currently conducting a search for an Enterprise Software Sales Managers to add to our growing organization. This is a trusted senior advisor with a focus on driving Software Licensing growth while penetrating new public and private accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Build strong account relationships and maintain strong presence as software provider, within the assigned region.

Gain and maintain thorough understanding of OLLS’s software products and services.

Develop an effective and actionable account plan that aligns with the OLLS’s and client’s business priorities and satisfies near term business objectives.

Lead the close of all client software opportunities.
-
Proactively identify and recommend solutions for improving agreements with customers as well as OLLS’ software solutions and services.
-
Review and identify new licensing opportunities within each client.
Requirements
-
BA or BS degree required or equivalent experience.
-
Licensing and/or sales experience.
-
Experience working with software licensing & IT Solutions for public and/or private customers.
-
Prior title experience would be a major plus.

Flexibility & a positive attitude toward an ever changing business climate.

Proven track record of success in achieving quota target.

Ability to demo OLLS’ software solutions to customers.
-
Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer expectations.
